Locomotive 6167 isn’t actually magical. But it does have an interesting history:

  • Locomotive 6167 is a steam engine. It was built in 1940, and was used by Canadian National Railways on passenger trains and freight trains.
  • During the Second World War, Locomotive 6167 hauled troops and supplies to Canada’s eastern ports.
  • Canadian National Railways gave Locomotive 6167 to the City of Guelph in 1967 to help celebrate Canada’s 100th birthday.
  • In total, Locomotive 6167 travelled 2,058,238 km!
