FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Guelph Museums celebrates John Galt Day

Guelph, Ont., July 27, 2016—Build a city and dance a jig to celebrate John Galt Day at Guelph Civic Museum this Saturday.

Inspired by Guelph-founder John Galt, we will spend the day building a giant cardboard city on the patio with Melissa Mazar, The Children’s Art Factory. At 2 p.m. we will put on our dancing shoes for a ceilidh on the hill with the Kitchen Party Trio and caller Kari Kokko.

The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Admission is by donation to Guelph Museums on John Galt Day.

Guelph Civic Museum is located at 52 Norfolk Street. For more information, visit guelphmuseums.wpengine.com.
