Shan Tuba

GUELPH, ON, October 17, 2014: On October 24, Guelph Museums will host the enchanting music of Shannon Kingsbury as part of our Fourth Fridays concert series.

Kingsbury is a singer-songwriter based out of Guelph, Ontario. Her debut album, LuminoCity, was praised by critics and music fans alike. The Huffington Post describes it as “a world-minded collection of folksy tales surrounded by harp.”

Admission to the Civic Museum on Fourth Fridays is free after 5 p.m. and visitors will have access to all our current exhibits. This Friday will be a perfect opportunity to catch our wildly popular Robert Munsch exhibit before its run comes to an end in November or to check out our recently installed Wall of Art, the theme of which is Icons and the Iconic.

Kingsbury will perform at 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Refreshments will be served.

Guelph Civic Museum is located at 52 Norfolk St.
