Guitarist Norman Liota to perform at Guelph Museums Fourth Friday event

GUELPH, ON, October 13: Guelph Museums kicks off the weekend with guitarist Norman Liota performing a free concert at the Guelph Civic Museum on October 28 as part of Fourth Friday’s celebrations.

Liota is a classically trained guitarist and infuses elements of folk, jazz, and blues into his music.  He is well-known for his fingerstyle guitar technique and has recorded three original records Over the Wall (2004), Beneath These Skies (2001), and A Strange Voice (1999).

Admission to the Civic Museum on Fourth Fridays is free after 5 p.m. Visitors are welcome to explore all current exhibitions, including Lucile: Fashion. Titanic. Scandal, and our recently installed Wall of Art: Rites of Passage.

Guelph Civic Museum is located at 52 Norfolk St.
