Witnessing War
The exhibition Witnessing War takes place in 2022, marking 150 years since the birth of Lt. Col. John McCrae (1872-1918). An esteemed doctor, soldier and poet, McCrae is remembered for his wartime poem “In Flanders Fields,” which he wrote from the trenches near Ypres, Belgium, on 3 May 1915.
Iron Willed: Women in STEM
This travelling exhibition from Ingenium Canada recognizes the crucial role of women in STEM. Through text and images, the display tells the stories of historical and contemporary Women in STEM, their scientific contributions, as well as their challenges in the face of persistent systemic barriers.
