Edward Szocinski to perform at Guelph Civic Museum for Fourth Fridays

GUELPH, ON, November 12, 2015: Guelph Museums ushers in the holiday season with a free concert by Guelph-based musician and guitarist Edward Szocinski on November 28 at 7.00 pm as part of our monthly Fourth Fridays celebrations.

Admission to the Civic Museum on Fourth Fridays is free after 5 p.m. and visitors will have access to all our current exhibits, including recent openings, Deck the Halls: A Victorian Christmas and Saints Preserve Us. At Deck the Halls, visitors will learn about how the Victorians popularized Christmas, starting many of the traditions that we associate with the holiday today. Saints Preserve Us is an exhibition local artist of Debbie Thompson Wilson’s miniature paintings of the saints whose names adorn Guelph’s buildings, churches and businesses.

Szocinski will perform at 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served.

Guelph Civic Museum is located at 52 Norfolk St.
