Tea for Mom at the Museum

GUELPH, ON, April 21, 2015: Guelph Museums is celebrating Mother’s Day by hosting an afternoon tea and talk with Amy Taylor on Sunday, May 10th at the Guelph Civic Museum.

Amy Taylor is a tea enthusiast and professional tea leaf reader. She will talk about the history of tea cups, explaining how they have evolved through the ages.

Guelph Museums’ two custom blends—McCrae House Private Blend and Guelph Town Garden Blend—will be served at the event with scones, cream and fresh fruit.

There are two seatings, one starting at 1 pm and the other at 3 pm. Tickets cost $15 and are available at guelph.ca/museum or by calling 519-836-1221. Space is limited and pre-purchased tickets are required.
