Tea, Bannock, and Kitchen Conversations with Karonhyakatste of White Pines Catering. Karonhyakatste is a mixed-blood Haudenosaunee woman, experiential knowledge teacher and storyteller. Through our connection to food and the world around us, learn about our responsibilities to be good stewards of the earth.

Tasting menu includes:

Bannock

Cold cedar tea with cinnamon and lemon

Wild rice – cold

Mini Indian tacos

Salmon crostini

Corn soup with chicken (vegetarian option)

Strawberry short cake

Tickets in advance | $20 +HST
