Kick off your weekend with a performance by The Fair Wind and Friends! On the Fourth Friday of the month, Guelph Museums offers free admission to the Guelph Civic Museum after 5 p.m. Performance by The Fair Wind at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

The Fair Wind and Friends sing and play the traditional music of Ireland, Scotland, England, and North America. For this occasion Carole Pines and Bob Mino team up with Ed Koenig and Les Starkey to treat listeners to traditional jigs and reels, as well as fine vocal harmonies and creative arrangements. Collectively, they play the fiddle, penny whistle, low whistle, guitar, mandolin, banjo, bodhran, and spoons.
