We have a festive Fourth Friday planned for you this December with the multi-instrumentalist Sammy Duke! Sammy will be performing a seasonal array of music, including classic carols, spirited folk songs, and his foot-stomping originals.

Every Fourth Friday of the month enjoy free admission to the Civic Museum from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and a free concert starting at 7 p.m.

Tickets will be available November 25, 2022. Reserve yours on Eventbrite!

The concert will also be streamed on our Facebook Page, and available for a limited time afterwards on our YouTube channel and Museum Everywhere portal.

Due to high demand for seating, please arrive at the Museum and take your seat by 6:50 pm. Seats not claimed by this time may be re-assigned to rush line visitors.

Please let us know in advance if you can no longer attend so we can release the ticket to others wishing to attend.

Cash bar.

About Sammy Duke:

Sammy Duke is an unmistakable presence the moment he starts performing onstage. Called a “troubadour prog-rock[er]” (No Depression Magazine), this literal one-man-band uses each limb to perform on a variety of instruments; including guitar, foot synths, foot percussion, and even his elbow in the case of his famed ‘elbow chimes’.

Through his infectious live energy, Sammy Duke enchants audiences with spontaneous spurts of crowd participation, self-deprecating wit, and thought-provoking lyrics within his folksy-fusion music that blends elements of world-beat, rock and soul. “And if you’re still not convinced, Duke’s bluesy voice will get you.” (CBC Music)
