To celebrate Canada at 150 and Guelph at 190, Guelph Museums presents Fourth Friday: Oh Canada Concert Series. Kick off your weekend with a performance by Adrian Raso! On the Fourth Friday of the month, Guelph Museums offers free admission to the Guelph Civic Museum after 5 PM, and performance at 7 and 8 PM.

Visitors can explore all exhibitions, including To The Gathering Place, A Ripple Effect: Canadians & Fresh Water and Wall of Art: O Canada

 

Adrian Raso is a respected guitarist/composer from Guelph, Ontario, Canada and is a proud recipient of a 2012-2013 Ontario Arts Council Grant in Popular Music.  Adrian has recorded two instrumental EPs and eight full-length instrumental albums. Black Mamba (2005) showcased Adrian’s stunning versatility and musicianship over a variety of styles, ranging from Gypsy to Mediterranean flavours.  Adrian’s work is a fine example of the balance between commercially accepted music that is also readily embraced by the technically minded musician.
